CallPoint software

Netgenium CallPoint client software provides the ability for visitors to ‘Call’ into an IP network either by pressing a Call Button connected to a Netgenium IP Lock Controller, or via an incoming IP telephony call from a Netgenium Door Entry Panel (using TAPI).

Simply by connecting a ‘Bell Push’ switch to a Netgenium Lock Controller (ALK1201-IP or ALK3601-IP Wiegand), a call request can be sent to a Netgenium CallPoint client anywhere in the world - directly over IP.

CallPoint software also has the ability to recognise calls within a Cisco IP Telephony environment, and be configured to ‘pop up’ from calls either from a Netgenium Door Entry Panel, or a Cisco IP Telephone (support for SCCP at the moment, SIP due soon).

Netgenium CallPoint software also provides full motion video from a corresponding IP CCTV camera if required; video can be provided directly from an IP Camera (Axis, JVC, Sony etc.) or can be sourced directly from a Milestone XProtect Server. 

The Netgenium CallPoint application also supports two way audio from supported Audio capable IP cameras.
